We envisioned Barangay Manibaug-Paralaya to be a developed, urbanized community accessible to the investors and establishments consisting of successful, competent, self-reliant, cooperative people living in a prosperous, peaceful, clean and beautiful environment led by responsible honest and transparent barangay officials.
